Maybe someone who actually understands tunerpro and bins files should be in charge of approval?
Who is forcing you to use them?

What do you think is going to happen, tuners are just going to upload their best tunes for people to download for free?

What do you have against someone uploading a file and people learning from it?

Maybe you need to get off your high horse?

If you are stupid enough to just download and file and flash it you deserve whatever happens.

Do you open every e-mail attachment too?

No, of course I don't expect them to upload their best files. However, I also wouldn't expect any Joe Shmoe that knows jack shit about tuning to be able to either.

This file isn't even suitable as a base map. The only thing to learn from it is it's an example of exactly what NOT to do.

But hey, if you want to build a dumpster full of "toons", go right ahead.

What is stopping you from uploading a file and showing everyone how it is done?

You're talkin down on a guy who uploaded a file and at least shared something. Is it bad? Sure. We all established that. So why would someone use it when all the comments say do not use it?

At the very least people can learn from it though. I don't see you uploading ANY files to even begin to teach people how to make their own safe race gas tunes.

What I am thinking of doing is flagging potentially hazardous tunes so while the file will still exist for people to download and learn from or modify it will come with a warning so nobody runs it by mistake.

I think this is the best balance of information and safety for the community.

Not much to be learnt from malicious tunes except how to blow up a motor.... Best stuff like this is removed imo.

So how do you learn what not to do?

Develop and understanding of what you're actually doing it becomes obvious what not to do.
