No special drivers were used. Just standard USB interface from a K+DCAN cable i bought off of Amazon. Nothing special.

Didn't work for me, I tired it with windows 10/7/XP finally on windows XP it bricked my msd81 and I was unable to reflash with winfkp although I was able to recover the flash when it failed on windows 7 twice.

Just an update flashing with the same cable with MHD and an android worked fine!

Trying to install the setup and I am getting the same error. I have tried windows 8.1 with compatibility and a windows 7 laptop with and without compatibility. I get the same error every time.

Log file is looking for a desktop computer to download the installation.

Just now tried the install and it works. thanks.

Was it not telling you that your rep is too low? Try now.

For those of you having trouble downloading with it saying it is looking for the file, try the zip file in the attached link in this post and see if you get the same error.

If you don't, then we know the issue is the download system.
