DIY E90 escort radar mount

The only good options I have found for mounting a escort radar detector are pretty pricey. I decided to fab up my own and it has worked great for the past year or so. Everything can be purchased at the local hardware store for less than $20. All you need is a strip of aluminum, screws, nuts, epoxy and plastic screw covers. Here are some pics it is pretty self explanatory but if you have any questions just ask.
