Joseph, if you need the world to know when you feel someone has done you wrong and this is how you choose to do it, then I suggest starting a blog separate from the *Boost triplets.

Seriously.

Personal attacks and name calling are not going to get you the respect you're looking for and they're doing nothing but damaging the reputation of the site and diminishing it's credibility as a cutting edge performance forum.

You want to be a viable alternative to M3post and MBWorld and 6speed? Don't clog the forums with drama, character assassination and vitriol. Considering all the places that have you and this place black flagged, you're going to have to try extra hard to keep the discussion on topic here if you want to begin changing that perception.

You obviously love the BMW performance industry, and aren't afraid to spend whatever amount necessary to get to the bleeding edge (I'm truly envious). So why sully that rarefied opportunity to stand apart from the crowd in the forum community by going point-counterpoint for six pages over something that most people would consider somewhat petty? Standing on conviction is one thing, but you made it personal and that's not going to help you in the bigger picture.

I hope this is food for thought.

I agree, I think this has run its course and it has been resolved in a manner I am very pleased with.

No, not true at all. I let the host know Drew violated my copyright. Drew didn't seem to understand the rules even after I explained to him what my property was and how he was in violation. I think he learned a nice lesson here.

What scares me is that this is what Drew is telling you. I had no choice but to notify the host that my copyright had been infringed. I would never threaten to sue Drew, that's ridiculous and yes it would be extreme. I have a feeling he won't be taking anything from here or anywhere else without the proper procedures ever again.
