A bolt on C6 Z06 takes on a stock Porsche 997.2 911 turbo PDK in a mile long drag race

Mile long drag races with video coverage? Talk about a nice setup that dragtimes.info has. In this particular race a stock PDK 997.2 turbo takes on a modded C6 Z06 said to be putting out around 560 horsepower. The PDK gets a poor start but still manages to catch and pass the Z06 despite the Z06 having a higher trap speed at the mile marker. You can hear the Z06 past 100 mph get a poor shift which hurts it allowing the PDK to overcome the HP disadvantage.

12.23 et from a modded c6 zo6? That seems pretty slow and it didn't really seem like traction wasn't a huge issue.

Still an awesome video and great race!

All the ET's on these dragtimes vids are really slow for some reason.

Soo, looked to me like the 911 bogged off the line and still regained back a few car lengths. Why not try that again with a launch from the Porsche?

The Porsche should rip the Z06 out of the hole and it should be the Z06 chasing down the 911 not the other way around. Kind of a weird race.
