Question regarding vendor credibility
I am looking to modify my M3. How can I verify the vendor credibility? I know for a fact from first hand experience atleast one vendor on this forum is not truthful. After holding my other car hostage for 11 months it costs me thousands of dollars to repair damage done at that shop. I also witnessed many other dissatisfied customers. I am suprised to see this vendor have such a postive rating on your forum. I was hoping to find someone "qualified" to work on my car.
How is the average consumer supposed to weed out these people? Any advice will be appreciated. All of my other cars are modified and I am eager to start my M3 project.

Who is the vendor that has a positive rating that you are referring to? Considering you are from Connecticut I wonder who it could be
You verify vendor credibility by asking others and doing research. The average customer should be able to use Google or refer to the BBB.BRAND NEW IN BOX 991.2 standard/non-pse SPW cat bypass pipe for sale - $899 shipped
New generic 991.2 PSE bypass pipes - $499 shipped

While it is new, we also have a vendor review section. I'm sure you can ask if need be, to verify the integrity of certain sponsors.
