My official intro thread with pics... FD RX7 with LS1 swap and 996TT

Hey guys,
New to the forum. I posted a quick intro in the "Newbies" section but thought I would make another one here with some info about me and my current cars.

I am not brand loyal. Love many makes and models. I have a long automotive history and have done drag racing, lapping, sollo 2. With 2 young kids at home I don't get to do the car thing as much as before but having a nice family/hobby balance makes life very enjoyable.

I currentyl have a stage 2 2003 911 Turbo and a LSX swapped FD RX-7 which I built with a friend of mine.

Here are a couple of pics of the 911 which is my summer daily driver right now...





Here are some of my RX7. It is a very low mile Comp Yellow Mica RX7. I took out a perfectly running rotary to swap in a modified LS1 motor. Some love that fact some hate it. My goal was to make the car look like it came from Mazda with the LS motor in it. Took 2 years to build with lots of custom fab work. No corners cut.

















Video of the exhaust cut-out I fitted. I especially like the demo outside te car at just over 2minutes.

Love your RX7. LS swaps are pretty damn popular in them for obvious reasons.
