4-way race between a GIAC tuned 991 Turbo, Lamborghini Aventador, Lamborghini Huracan, and a tuned R231 SL63 M157

It is not every day you can get four cars of this caliber side by side and going at it at the same time. The camera car is a stock Lamborghini Huracan which captures the action. The big brother Lamborghini Aventador is also stock. The Germans are not as they feature tunes.

The 991 Turbo (standard model) has a GIAC tune with a full exhaust. The SL63 has an unnamed tune and aftermarket downpipes which may or may not have cats and also are unnamed.

What is interesting is that the 991 Turbo performs very consistently and is clearly the quickest out of the four cars. The Huracan is either trying to hang out back to film or the slowest as it should not be getting beaten by all four as badly as it is in the first run. The SL hangs in well but it is really the 991 Turbo and Aventador going at it up top with the Turbo clearly pulling away.

The second run has the Huracan do much better passing the SL63 but again the 991 Turbo wins with the Aventador coming up second.

The third run is just the Aventador and the 991 Turbo and the 911 Turbo impressively pulls away from the Huracan.

The fourth run has them going four-wide again but the Huracan again appears to hang back filming. The SL63 just can't keep pace with the 911 Turbo and the Aventador and yet again the 911 Turbo wins. It clearly is the fastest car of the group.

The final run has a botched start but again the 911 Turbo comes out on top. Very interesting to see these four run together.

Amazing ... 911 turbo is an animal!!!!

    Stock 0-150:

    Huracan: 13.4
    Aventador: 14
    911 Turbo: 14.9
    sl63: 17.8

While basic boltons would have done nothing for the lambos they transformed the Germans, allowing the 911 turbo to outrun lambos that trap between 134-137mph in the 1/4...

    Brings back memories....

They don't trap anywhere near that except in rigged magazine tests.

That's your opinion, I'm working with facts: http://www.lamboboost.com/content.ph...ile-drag-races

You really should be doing more reading here with how often I need to correct you. It's becoming a full time job.

Speedriven has the quickest and fastest Huracan 1/4 mile time now and it is interesting how the real world dragstrip result on a tuned car is so different from Car and Driver's 10.4 @ 135 with a stock car. Magazine times and actual timeslips are vastly different things.

I have never seen a real test of a stock Aventador going more than 133.9 mph or so in the 1/4 and a stock Huracan over 130 mph in the 1/4 but feel free to provide proof

Please feel free to check sites like http://www.dragtimes.com/Lamborghini...ag-Racing.html

    http://www.dragtimes.com/Lamborghini...lip-27153.html

NB the 133 mph Huracan provides no timeslip or vbox of proof and the other cars > 130 mph have either tune and exhaust or exhaust etc

Indeed the most trusted source for a Huracan test is Fikse who owns dragtimes and he tests lots of cars with tunes and in stock for...... His test car with a speed-driven tune trapped 129+ mph in the 1/4 mile with a quite avg 60-130 mph of 7.59 secs

Bro, in the old days, there were many times a tune would lose power on a NA motor....

There is much more circulating than what is on your minuscule site(s), it is too bad you limit your knowledge solely to it.

Just to show your thinking is again flawed, here is a huracan in Orlando doing 134mph (not exactly cool weather either):

You know before you start throwing out insults you should probably figure out what a Huracan looks like.

Your reaching so far with desperate posts after being proven wrong time after time after time that you're blindly putting up false information.

    That's a Gallardo son.

That's not a Huracan. You're correct of course.

A tuned Huracan hasn't even broken into the 130's yet. It's a 135 mile per hour car only on Car and Driver's pages.

Poor guy doesn't know his stuff.

Hilarious. So desperate to try to save face he doesn't even realize he's putting up runs from a different car and ends up looking even worse. You can't make this stuff up.

He really needs to spend more time reading these 'miniscule' sites considering how much information he is missing and how I have to keep linking him to the info he is missing on these sites.

As you linked to on dragtimes and I linked to here the Huracan record is nowhere near the magazine times and that's a tuned car and not even stock.

Not to mention pure common sense tells you the Huracan in the video is not performing like a ~135 trap car.
