    Watch a JB4 tuned BMW F98 X4M S58 trounce two Hellcats + a tuned F80 M3 in the standing 1/2 mile

There will those who find this result hard to believe. For those people, BimmerBoost would like to remind them that this JB4 tuned X4M with a bit of ethanol managed a 10.8 @ 126.3 miles per hour and a 60-130 sprint of 8.51 as timed by GPS.

Now a Charger Hellcat is plenty powerful but also plenty heavy and about the same weight as the F98 X4M. Additionally, it is rear wheel drive. By the time it gets traction the X4M is long gone.

This is a beatdown so large that without video evidence it would be hard to believe.

The second video below shows the X3M run a tuned BMW F80 M3 with the following mods:

    Stage 2 turbos
    Flash tune
    91 fuel with meth
    Intercooler
    Intakes
    Exhaust

It wins as well although the F80 M3 did better than the Hellcat.

The third video shows yet another Hellcat getting smoked proving the first video is no fluke.

The X4M managed a 150.2 mile per hour trap speed in 90 degree weather and 3700 DA.

    The S58 is no joke.

Do we have traps for the other cars? Sort of silly to compare high hp rwd ET on an unprepared surface when they may not have even been getting after it from a dig.

I gotta agree here. The s58 is definitely no joke, but stock hellcats are trapping 146+ in the half mile.

Well 150 is higher than a stock Hellcat then and pretty damn impressive for an SUV.

Absolutely sir! No argument there. These things will hurt a lot of feelings for sure, but are they anything special in today’s landscape? I’d say no, everything is AWD twinturbo DCT/auto. I mean even a corvette isn’t a corvette anymore.

I hate how everything is becoming the same but this being an automatic and all wheel drive SUV it certainly stands out.

Run those back from a 40 or 60 roll and it would look a lot different I think. I still would have thought the X would have got ran down in 1/2 a mile so, impressive nonetheless.

    Stock RS3 did 141.6mph, a stock hellcat did high 140s to 150. A 2016 tuned intake full exhaust RS7 did 145. Tesla M3P did 135ish.

Ok, 150 with aerodynamics of a barn is pretty impressive with that context.

150 trap is not bad, but not exactly flying. Our 2017 GTI with stock motor, and about $5-6K in mods was running consistent 156's all day at the last 1/2 mile event...

I would think that a hybrid turbo M3 would be faster in the 1/2 mile. RS3/TTRS with small hybrid on E runs in the 170 to 175 range.

Maybe the TTRS is just that much faster because I know that a Pure turbo TTRS ran 173mph in the standing mile at this track.

You live in Arizona? You know we can have a DA of 4-5000ft one month and the next it will be 1200ft? Hell come December we might get 1000ft DA.
