Hankook Ventus V12 vs Vreds Ultrac Sesanta

Which of these tires do you guys like? Do they run wide or are they about the same width as a PS2? I am planning on putting some wider meats on the stock 1M wheels.

I have the Hankook Ventus V12 and I love them so far. They seem to handle great, compared to the stock RFT ones, they are also more comfortable. I think the stock RFTs were wider, you definitely have to be careful with this ones around curbs, cus there's no tire outside the rim to protect it from getting scratched.

I've had the Sessantas and the V12 replacements (R-S3's). Both have proven to be very capable. I'd have gone with the Sessantas again, but my sizes were backordered for the rears (275 35 18), and I didn't want to mismatch tires. My fronts are 245 40 18.

If you can get the Vreds in your size, go with them. If not, consider the R-S3's over the V12's. They are the new and improved versions.

How wide are your wheels? I dont like the stretched look and prefer a more square fit so I was going to try 275/30 on a 9x19 and 295/30 on a 10x19 stock ZCP wheels but I am scared they will look like balloons. I heard the V12s run small though. The R-S3's dont come in that size.

ZSP 18" No stretched look, because I'm not a fan...and what I have on is as big as you can put on without stretching. I've got a picture somewhere...I'll post it up when I get to a PC. At the dealership right now.
